Parasitology Case Study
I researched and wrote a case study about a parasite called Capillaria hepatica. In this case study, I discuss patient description, case history, physical examination, results of pathological tests, and treatment. I also included summaries of the peer reviewed articles I used as sources to simulate a true professional case study.
Social Commentary Paper
I wrote a social commentary on gentrification in Poltergeist (1982). I dive deep into the history of gentrification in the 1970s and 1980s and how it relates to the movie Poltergeist.
QALMRI Essay
I wrote a QALMRI wrote a QALMRI (Question, Alternatives, Logic, Method, Results, Inference) essay on a scientific paper discussing transcranial magnetic stimulation.

Film Analysis Paper
​​​I wrote this Film Analysis paper about the portrayal of femininity in Ari Aster's 2018 film "Hereditary" by characterizing monstrousness and mental illness as uniquely female.
Louisiana Mandala
This mandala was created using Adobe photoshop. I used tracing, replication, cutting, and gradient tools to create this piece of art. I incorporated everything New Orleans I could think of to bring to light everything the wonderful city has to offer.
Issue Analysis Paper
I wrote this paper about the pro-life vs. pro-choice debate, focusing on why I believe abortion is morally wrong and cannot be justified. I discuss Roe v. Wade, scientific and ethical arguments, mental health effects, and medical perspectives to support a pro-life viewpoint.
Research Presentation
My group and I created a presentation on how we can use diatoms as new fuel sources. We turned it into a screencast which you can watch above. We talk about the pros and cons of using diatoms and renewable energy sources.
